The Dublin Women’s Philanthropic Club is proud to celebrate over 35 years of serving our community.

About Us

The Dublin Women’s Philanthropic Club (DWPC) is a nonprofit organization made up of around 100 enthusiastic and dedicated women.  Founded in 1978, DWPC is focused on fulfilling the needs of women, children, and families.  We have a long history of service in the Columbus region, particularly in the areas of education and healthcare. DWPC was proud to be named a finalist in the 1999 Columbus Dispatch Community Service Awards.

Informative and entertaining programs are presented at monthly general meetings. A variety of Interest groups also meet allowing members to develop friendships with others in small group settings. Membership in the DWPC is a very rewarding experience, and anyone who wishes to join is welcome. There are no geographic requirements, however the focus of the club’s activities is primarily in the Dublin area.

Each year the Dublin Women’s Philanthropic Club reaches out to many in need. Throughout our club’s history, we have given over $300,000 in charitable contributions. Those include helping to pay rent, utility bills, or medical and dental expenses for those in need, as well as Holiday meals and gifts. The stories of the individuals we have helped along the way continue to touch our hearts and renew our commitment to serve.
